Since 1925, QBB has been offering superior dairy products to families and Food Service professionals.

Established in Malaysia, QBB was the first to produce clarified butter for South East Asia.

With more than 90 years of history, QBB has been developing a strong expertise in providing quality clarified butter.

Timeline

  • 1950's

    India stop export dairies. Queensland Butter Board (QBB) was approached to manufacture ghee for SEA markets to satisfy demand

  • 1970's

    Exports to the Middle East through its agents Weddel which became the present day Vestey's Group

  • 2001

    QBB Pte Ltd established to satisfy growing demand for QBB ghee in South East Asia (SEA)

  • 2006

    Transfer of manufacturing from Australia, QBB Ghee began manufacturing in Malaysia with same taste & quality

    Continue to serve delicious & quality ghee that lasts for generations
