








Arabic Almond Biscuit
Ingredients
½ cup wheat flour
¾ cup castor sugar
150g QBB Pure Ghee
1 tsp pandan paste
½ tsp green food coloring
Baked almonds
Dusting sugar
Instructions
1. Sift the wheat flour and sift the wheat flour into a bowl.
2. Add caster sugar and mix.
3. Add Pure QBB Ghee little by little and knead until it becomes dough and non-sticky.
4. Add the pandan paste and green dye and knead until the color is even.
5. Pinch the dough and roll it in the palm of your hand.
6. Press a little of the rounded dough in the middle and place one almond and roll the dough until it becomes a ball.
7. Arrange the dough on a tray and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 18 minutes.
8. After the biscuits have cooled, roll the biscuits in dusting sugar and they are ready to serve.
