Arabic Almond Biscuit

Ingredients

  • ½ cup wheat flour

  • ¾ cup castor sugar

  • 150g QBB Pure Ghee

  • 1 tsp pandan paste

  • ½ tsp green food coloring

  • Baked almonds

  • Dusting sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Sift the wheat flour and sift the wheat flour into a bowl.

  2. 2. Add caster sugar and mix.

  3. 3. Add Pure QBB Ghee little by little and knead until it becomes dough and non-sticky.

  4. 4. Add the pandan paste and green dye and knead until the color is even.

  5. 5. Pinch the dough and roll it in the palm of your hand.

  6. 6. Press a little of the rounded dough in the middle and place one almond and roll the dough until it becomes a ball.

  7. 7. Arrange the dough on a tray and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 18 minutes.

  8. 8. After the biscuits have cooled, roll the biscuits in dusting sugar and they are ready to serve.
