Beef Pickle

Ingredients
1 kg Beef - boiled whole until tender
1 cup Cashew nut - fried
3 tablespoons Ginger - sliced
15 cloves Garlic - halved
10 Shallots - whole
1 tablespoon Mustard seed
3 stalks Curry leaves
4 tablespoons QBB
Paste
2 tablespoons Beef curry powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
7 Shallots
4 cloves Garlic
2 cm Ginger
Seasoning
2 tablespoons Thick tamarind juice
Salt and sugar to taste
Instructions
1. Slice beef thinly but not too small.
2. Heat QBB and fry beef (not too crispy). Put aside oil.
3. Blend well paste ingredients.
4. Saute mustard seed, curry leaf and blended paste with remaining fried beef oil.
5. Add tamarind juice, salt and sugar to taste and stir-fry.
6. Add shallot, garlic and fried beef.
7. Simmer for a few minutes and serve.
