Beef with Black Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef tenderloin (boiled & thinly sliced)

  • 50gm QBB Ghee

  • 50gm cooking oil

  • ‘4 sekawan’ spice

  • 4 red onions (finely ground)

  • 1 clove of garlic (finely ground)

  • 3 inches of ginger (finely ground

  • 4 lemongrass stalks (finely ground)

  • 3 tablespoons ground chilli

  • 2 tablespoons thick soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons salted soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soup spices

  • Salt & sugar as seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1. Saute QBB with ‘4 sekawan’ spices until it smells good and all the ingredients are mixed

  2. 2. Saute until brown, add ground chilli, soy sauce, soup spices & seasonings

  3. 3. Enter the meat and stir until evenly cooked

  4. 4. Turn off the heat and ready to garnish with sliced red chillies & scallions

  5. 5. Delicious served with white rice, ‘nasi impit’, lemang or Ghee-rang rice
