Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons QBB

  • 500gm cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 onions, sliced thinly

  • 3 garlic, sliced thinly

  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed

  • 2 fresh tomatoes, quartered

  • 2 stalks curry leaves

  • 125ml milk

  • 100ml water

  • Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat QBB, fried mustard seed, curry leaves, sliced garlic until fragrant.

  2. 2. Add tomato pieces, cook until tomato is tender with low fire.

  3. 3. Add water and milk, simmer for few minutes

  4. 4. Add cauliflower florets, stir evenly until the cauliflower is cooked and tender.

  5. 5. Ensure the gravy is slightly thickened.

Note: You may add in 200gm of prawn meat.
