Ingredients

  • 500 gm Minced fat-free chicken meat

  • 3 tablespoons Tapioca flour

  • 5 pips Garlic

  • 8 pips Shallots

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

  • 2cm Ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon Chicken granules

  • 6 tablespoons Water

  • 6 tablespoons QBB (for frying)

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Pound finely, garlic, shallot and ginger.

  2. 2. Mix evenly all ingredients in one direction.

  3. 3. Roll into small balls and fry in heated QBB.

  4. 4. Add salt to taste.

  5. 5. Serve with hot soup.
