Creamy Tom Yum Pasta
Ingredients
Spaghetti 500g (boiled until al-dente)
3 tablespoons QBB Ghee
5 cloves finely chopped garlic
5 button mushrooms (sliced)
5 cherry tomato seeds (halved)
Some red chili padi (to taste)
5 keeping kaffir lime leaves
3 tablespoons tomyam paste
1 cube tomyam
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
½ tablespoon of fish sauce
200gm cooking cream/pasta cream
200gm shrimp (skin removed)
200gm squid (cut into rings)
A little coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Saute QBB Ghee with garlic & chilli padi until it smells good and add kaffir lime
2. Stir in the mushrooms & cherry tomatoes and add in all the paste and seasoning
3. Add shrimp & squid for 2 minutes and add cooking/pasta cream
4. Stir well and add the pasta. Mix for 2-3 min
5. Ready to serve with coriander leaves & a little parmesan powder for more flavor
