Crunchy Sausage Puff
Ingredients
1 packet of medium sized puff pastry
5 sticks of sausages (soaked in hot water for 5 minutes)
1 tablespoon of QBB Ghee (melted)
1 bowl mixed cheese slices (cheddar & mozzarella)
1 tablespoon white/black sesame seeds as garnish
Instructions
1. Take 1 piece of puff pastry, place sausage & cheese
2. Wrap according to your creativity
3. Apply the melted QBB Ghee & sprinkle with sesame seeds
4. Put in a water fryer, 190degree 10-15 minutes accordingly till golden brown
5. Serve with your favourite sauce. Suitable for Sahur & breaking fast especially for small children
