Ingredients
1 kg Beef (quartered) - boil with 4 teaspoons of thick soya sauce and 500ml water - put aside beef stock when cooked - slice beef and lightly fry with cooking oil
3 tablespoons Cooking oil
3 tablespoons QBB
3 tablespoons Thick and salty soya sauce
Salt to taste
Blended ingredients
15 Red chillies
15 pips Shallots
6 pips Garlic
2 cm Ginger
Instructions
1. Heat QBB and cooking oil.
2. Saute blended ingredients till fragrant and reduce heat to a simmer.
3. Add fried beef slices and cook till sauce thickens.
4. Add soya sauce and beef stock. Stir thoroughly.
