Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef (quartered) - boil with 4 teaspoons of thick soya sauce and 500ml water - put aside beef stock when cooked - slice beef and lightly fry with cooking oil

  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil

  • 3 tablespoons QBB

  • 3 tablespoons Thick and salty soya sauce

  • Salt to taste

Blended ingredients

  • 15 Red chillies

  • 15 pips Shallots

  • 6 pips Garlic

  • 2 cm Ginger

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat QBB and cooking oil.

  2. 2. Saute blended ingredients till fragrant and reduce heat to a simmer.

  3. 3. Add fried beef slices and cook till sauce thickens.

  4. 4. Add soya sauce and beef stock. Stir thoroughly.
