Dried Curry Crab

Ingredients

  • 1.5kg flower crab, halved and cleaned

  • 100ml milk

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 stalks curry leaves, 200ml water

Seasoning Ingredients (Ground)

  • 2 tablespoons QBB

  • 15 stalks dry chillies

  • 10 chilli padi

  • 1 tomato

  • 4 cm ginger

  • 8 shallots

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat QBB, saute ground ingredients in a frying pan until cooked using low fire. Add curry leaves and water, stir slowly until gravy is thickened.

  2. 2. Add crab pieces and stir evenly, bring to boil for few minutes. Add milk and simmer for few seconds and ensure salt to taste. Turn off the fire and serve with white rice.
