







Love Bird
Ingredients
1 kg chicken, cleaned and halved.
Steamed Chicken
1 tablespoon QBB
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons ginger juice
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (*Combine and marinate 1st half of chicken)
Oil For Frying
1 cup Q.B.B Pure Ghee
4 cups vegetable oil
Fried Chicken
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon fine salt (*Mix with 2nd half of chicken)
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup bread crumb (*Combine & mix well)
1 egg
Instructions
Steamed Chicken
1. Heat steamer and place 1st half of chicken that was marinated for 20 minutes onto the steamer's tray. Steam for 30 minutes or according to the size of chicken until cooked. Cut the steamed chicken when lukewarm to ensure the chicken pieces are cut neatly and orderly. Serve with chili sauce and sliced cucumber.
Fried Chicken
1. Heat QBB and vegetable oil mixture with medium fire.
2. For the 2nd half of chicken that was mixed with oyster sauce, ground black pepper and fine salt, drain with ground rice, flour and baking powder.
3. Stir-fry with QBB and vegetable oil mixture until the chicken is golden and cooked.
4. Set aside and cut into small pieces, serve with mayonnaise sauce or your own favourite sauce.
