Ingredients
500g Flour
250ml water
1 whole egg
Quater tin Ideal milk
1 tablespoon Baking powder
2 tablespoon QBB
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Combined water,egg,Ideal milk salt and sugar mix well.
2. Rub flour and QBB ghee add water mixture little by little till formed a smooth dough.Portion and rest 1/2 hr.
3. Using rolling Pin press and roll dough till flatten and bake in the oven till cooked.
