Orange Cake

Ingredients
100 gm QBB
1/2 cup Castor sugar
3 Eggs
120 gm Self raising flour
1/4 teaspoon Orange flavouring
10 gm Orange peel
1 cup Chopped walnut
Instructions
1. Cream QBB with sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Add eggs gradually, drop orange flavouring, add orange peel and chopped walnut. Mix well.
3. Fold in flour gradually and mix well.
4. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased and lined cake mould in a preheated oven at 160°C for 40 minutes.
5. Remove from mould while hot and cool before serving.
