Ingredients

  • 100 gm QBB

  • 1/2 cup Castor sugar

  • 3 Eggs

  • 120 gm Self raising flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon Orange flavouring

  • 10 gm Orange peel

  • 1 cup Chopped walnut

Instructions

  1. 1. Cream QBB with sugar in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2. Add eggs gradually, drop orange flavouring, add orange peel and chopped walnut. Mix well.

  3. 3. Fold in flour gradually and mix well.

  4. 4. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased and lined cake mould in a preheated oven at 160°C for 40 minutes.

  5. 5. Remove from mould while hot and cool before serving.
