Mixed Paprik

Ingredients

  • 1 onion (sliced)

  • 3 cloves garlic (pounded)

  • 3 stalks of red/green chili padi

  • 1 stalk of lemongrass (sliced)

  • 6 pieces of kaffir lime leaves

  • 3 green beans (cut diagonally)

  • 3 corn stalks (cut diagonally)

  • 10 cloves cauliflower

  • 1 tomato seed cut into 4 pieces

  • 100gm squid (cleaned & cut into rings)

  • 100gm shrimp (cleaned & peeled)

  • 100g chicken breast (diced)

  • 1 tablespoon QBB Ghee

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

  • 1 tablespoon chilli paste

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • ½ spoon of chili sauce

  • ½ spoon of fish sauce

  • Salt & sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Sauté QBB Ghee with onion, garlic, chilli padi, lemongrass & kaffir lime leaves until fragrant

  2. 2. Stir in all the vegetables until semi cooked & add in all the seasonings

  3. 3. Stir well and add the chicken and shrimp until cooked

  4. 4. Add the squid, mix well for 2 minutes & turn off the heat (tips: to prevent the squid from overcooking & chewing)

  5. 5. Ready to serve with white rice & omelet
