

Petola with Black Fungus
Ingredients
1 petola stem (cleaned & cut)
5 black fungus (soaked until soft)
2 cloves garlic (finely sliced)
1 small onion (finely sliced)
½ red chilli stalks
1 small packet of glass noodle (soaked)
100gm small size shrimp (skin cleaned)
1 teaspoon QBB Ghee
3 cups of water
1 anchovies cube
Instructions
1. Saute QBB with garlic & small onion until fragrant.
2. Add the water & petola. Cook until tender.
3. Add other ingredients and mix well.
4. Ready to serve.
