Petola with Black Fungus

Ingredients

  • 1 petola stem (cleaned & cut)

  • 5 black fungus (soaked until soft)

  • 2 cloves garlic (finely sliced)

  • 1 small onion (finely sliced)

  • ½ red chilli stalks

  • 1 small packet of glass noodle (soaked)

  • 100gm small size shrimp (skin cleaned)

  • 1 teaspoon QBB Ghee

  • 3 cups of water

  • 1 anchovies cube

Instructions

  1. 1. Saute QBB with garlic & small onion until fragrant.

  2. 2. Add the water & petola. Cook until tender.

  3. 3. Add other ingredients and mix well.

  4. 4. Ready to serve.
