QBB Pasta
Ingredients
3 tablespoons QBB
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
2 onions, diced
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon black pepper, roughly crushed
2 tablespoons plain flour
500 ml fresh milk
100 ml water
Salt to taste
300 g salmon fish, sliced
1 kg boiled pasta
Instructions
1. Heat QBB and saute the garlic, onion, oregano and black pepper in a pan over low heat.
2. Add flour and fry until you get a sandy texture.
3. Add fresh milk and water and stir constantly making sure it does not become lumpy. Add salt to taste.
4. When the sauce has thickened, add salmon slices, stir briskly and turn off heat.
5. Heat a separate pan and melt one teaspoon of QBB in it.
6. Add in the cooked pasta and stir fry quickly to make it hot. Add in the prepared sauce and very quickly mix the pasta with the sauce.
7. Serve immediately and garnish with chopped parsley leaves.
