Ingredients

  • 45 gm QBB

  • 45 gm icing sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence

  • 50 gm flour

  • 40 gm walnuts (chopped)

  • 2 cups Cornflakes

Instructions

  1. 1. Add QBB Ghee along with icing sugar.

  2. 2. Add eggs with vanilla essence.

  3. 3. Mix the flour with the chopped walnuts and the cornflakes.

  4. 4. Add the batter slowly into the cupcake trays.

  5. 5. Spoon the batter into a greased baking tray and bake in the oven at 160 ° C for 15 minutes.

  6. 6. Remove the cookies from the tray and let cool on a wire rack.
