Ingredients

  • 6 Hot dog buns - halved

  • 6 pcs Salad leaves

  • 6 slices Cucumber

  • 6 slices Fresh tomato

  • 6 slices Onion

  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

  • 4 tablespoons QBB

Filling

  • 300 gm Minced meat

  • 3 tablespoons Shallot - minced

  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper - coarsely blended

  • 1 Bay leaf

  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano

  • 2 tablespoons Tomato sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour

  • 1/2 cube Beef stock

  • 6 tablespoons Water

  • 3 Eggs

  • 2 tablespoons QBB

Instructions

Filling

  1. 1. Heat QBB and saute shallot. Add bay leaf, oregano and black pepper.

  2. 2. Add minced meat and stir until juice from beef turns dry. Add tomato sauce and stir with corn flour.

  3. 3. Add water and beef stock cube. Stir well. When cooked, cool, mix with beaten eggs and put aside.

Toasting bread

  1. 1. Spoon and coat hot dog buns with filling.

  2. 2. Heat QBB and fry.

  3. 3. When cooked, spread with mayonnaise and mustard.

  4. 4. Serve with salad, cucumber, tomato and onion.
