Cantonese Mixed Vegetables
Ingredients
2 packs of Japanese Tofu cut into 5 (fry both sides till golden brown)
1 tablespoon QBB Ghee
1 red onion (finely minced)
5 cloves garlic (finely minced)
3 Baby corn (cut diagonally)
1 carrot stick (finely chopped)
10 cloves broccoli
10 cloves cauliflower
5 Cherry Tomato (halved)
3 crab sticks (cut into 6)
2 teaspoons Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt, Sugar, white pepper
1 tablespoon cornflour (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)
1 egg
2 cups water
Instructions
1. Saute QBB Ghee with the ground ingredients until fragrant
2. Add carrots, baby corn, broccoli & cauliflower until semi soft & add water
3. Add cherry tomatoes, crab sticks & other seasonings
4. Once boiling hot, turn to small heat and add the corn flour mixture. Stir well
5. Add the eggs and stir slowly until the eggs are cooked. Ready to serve
6. Tip: To make the dish more colorful, garnish with fried onions & soup leaves
