Ingredients
Ingredients A
400 gm Minced fish meat
100 gm Minced prawn meat
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Onion - chopped
3 slices White bread - largely diced
5 stalks Thyme - sliced thinly
1/2 teaspoon Anchovy powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients B
3 tablespoons QBB
6 Burger buns - halved and spread with tartar sauce
Salad, sliced cucumber, tomato and onion
Instructions
1. Mix well ingredients A and shape into 6 pieces of 8 cm size burger patties.
2. Heat QBB and fry burger patties.
3. Serve burger with bun filled with cucumber, tomato and onion.
